This honey was harvested from a wild Black Raspberry patch located in Franklin, VA.
 
Black Raspberry honey is very rare to come by, primarily because of its short three-week flowering time period. Nevertheless, it stands as the most delicious honey our bees have ever produced, boasting a deep amber color and delightful berry notes that linger on the palate. The harvesting effort was well worth it for this unique small batch! It's especially delicious on toast, in oatmeal or on biscuits!
