As the gold and copper leaves begin to fall, our bees bring in their final, most precious bounty. This honey was harvested from fall wildflowers (Asters, Goldenrod, Coneflower) and  isn't your regular floral spring honey; it is a dark, brooding wildflower blend that mimics the intensity of Manuka. It is thick, rich, and deeply comforting—the perfect companion for a cold winter morning.
